SAMPLE PROGRAM (instructions to participants)
Mindfulness meditation involves cultivating embodied awareness experience in the moment with curiosity and acceptance. In this session, we will learn some common tools to access these experiences and how they are helpful. We will learn two practices: STOP (stop what you are doing, take a breath, observe your sensations, proceed with your day), and RAIN (recognize, allow, investigate, nurture).
